How to cancel or reschedule

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please use one of the links provided below or in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can email me directly at kevin.hall@wish.wien

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling via calendar software (e.g., Outlook) do not update the booking system and cannot be accepted. Your session will only be considered canceled or rescheduled if done as detailed here.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Please note my 48-hour cancellation policy: all sessions will be billed in full at the standard rate unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

However, please stay attentive, as others may also be seeking the same slot. Keep checking back to maximize your chances of securing your preferred appointment.

Uunfortunateley you cannot rely on me to do this for you. There are typically numerous clients seeking alternative or complimentary appointments concurrently. Managing everyone’s preferences and coordinating this information is beyond what I am currently able to offer.

To ensure that you consistently secure appointments at times and intervals that suit you best, I recommend proactively booking in advance using my booking system.

The system allows you to schedule multiple appointments, even months ahead, providing you with the flexibility and assurance of securing your desired timeslots.

It’s advisable to book sessions as frequently as possible, particularly at the outset of your therapy or coaching journey. Research indicates that maintaining short intervals between sessions is crucial for building and sustaining momentum.

As you progress through the process, you can gradually extend the gaps between sessions. Typically, I suggest clients book sessions at least every two weeks initially, and consider lengthening the intervals to every three weeks once they start observing the desired results taking shape.
